Academy of Excellence headed by Mr. David Victor - member of the International Montessori Association – the Association Montessori Internationale, Netherlands, Europe - is a registered (registered by Govt of Karnataka & recognized by the educational sector), autonomous & independent organization of repute founded in 1989.Over the past several years we have trained thousands of students right across the country.
Teachers Training Courses have been a particular focus of emphasis & therefore, in this direction ongoing & intensive research & content development has been a permanent feature. Besides the teachers training courses, currently the Academy conducts the following certification programmes for the further development & enhancement of the careers of teaching professionals .These programmes are in ART & CRAFT; COUNSELING; SPECIAL EDUCATION ; SOFT SKILLS; EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY;STORY TELLING;NURSERY RHYMES; and COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Mr. David Victor the founder – director is a graduate of Bangalore University & a postgraduate in Political Science. Further, he is also a graduate of law.
He has a postgraduate Diploma in Educational Management, with specialization in Student & Child Psychology. He has also completed his postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management with emphasis on social & behavioural processes. He also has to his credit a diploma in leadership from The McGrath Institute of Leadership & Training, patterned on the internationally acclaimed Dale Carnegie Institute, USA. He has been certified by the YMCA as a Peace Educator. Further,he has been trained by the Key Learning Community,Indianapolis, USA in multiple intelligences.
An acknowledged expert in the Montessori system,his high quality presentations are a unique speciality.
He is also a motivational & inspirational speaker of repute.
He has been associated in various capacities with the Frankfinn Institute of Aviation Training, Aptech, Inquest Foundation & ICFAI University.
Ms. Sheela Victor, the Principal, is a certified peace messenger & comes with a rich experience of teaching in various schools for nearly two decades. Besides holding a bachelors degree in education,she has been trained in law & is a very empathetic communicator.Further,she has been trained by the Key Learning Community,Indianapolis,USA in multiple intelligences.A trained & certified Montessorian she brings a fresh & practical approach to this pedagogy. She is an expert in Nursery Rhymes & is professionally trained in Story Telling .She is also trained & certified in the learning disability—dyslexia.Her sessions are very eagerly awaited by students right across the spectrum.

Ms. Madhulika Shruthi, the coordinator,is a graduate of Visual Arts with an International Post Graduate Diploma in Commercial Photography. A passionate & trained Photographer,she also has to her credit a Post Graduate Degree in Political Science. Trained & certified in French, Madhulika is an accomplished achiever in Yoga & Chess
